Lava Blue has extensive mineral property portfolio in Northern Queensland and an active minerals exploration and development program.
It includes 2200 square kilometres of Exploration Permits in Lava Blue subsidiaries covering many historic mines.
Lava Blue uses low cost methods for first identifying and then exploring mineral prospects and is entirely focussed on highly prospective areas of the North Queensland mineral provinces.

Mt Rosey Mining Company Pty Ltd
Lava Plains exploration permits and mining lease for exploration and development of unconventional and strategic minerals including Lava Blue’s HPA resource.
Cloncurry Industrial Minerals Pty Ltd
Cloncurry Industrial Minerals Pty Ltd (CIM) controls a greater than 7 million tonne high purity quartz resource on the edge of Cloncurry which is presently being studied for suitability to feed asilicon metal smelter using charcoal as the reductant.
North East Lithium Pty Ltd
North East Lithium holds a group of critical minerals exploration properties with high prospectivity for lithium, tungsten, tantalum, tin and other strategic metals.
Boomarra Minerals Ltd
In 2022 Lava Blue demerged Boomarra Minerals Ltd. Boomarra controls five Exploration Permits covering a total of 1120 sq km of highly prospective geology in Queensland’s North West Minerals Province.
