Located approximately 100km north of Greenvale, the Lava Plains province is a highly mineralized young volcanic landscape. Lava Plains exploration permits and mining lease for exploration and development of unconventional and strategic minerals including Lava Blue’s HPA resource in a uniquely well suited kaolinitic assembly derived from weathered volcanic ash with no overburden and no water table encroachment.
Mt Rosey Mine Camp on Lava Plains is located on ML 10314 and provides the field headquarters for our regional exploration activity, as well as the base for our activities in developing our HPA resource on the surrounding EPM 18455 and other minerals identified on Lava Plains.
The Mt Rosey Mine Camp is also in close striking distance to our southern most EPMs at Perry Creek which cover recorded mines or mineral occurrences of tin, tungsten, gold and lead with our focus being on the incidences of tungsten and nickel.
